Hot Tea: Boil 8oz fresh filtered water, pour it directly on the tea bag*. Herbs and spices love water so steep for at least 10 minutes. You many continue to add hot water to the same bag to get the most out of your tea.
Iced Tea: Prepare hot tea with 4 oz of filtered water. Let it cool and pour into an iced-filled glass. As the ice melts, it will dilute the serving strength.
